McGrath critical of HSE management capabilities

The HSE’s Human Resourses (HR) Director Mr Sean McGrath has raised concern about the capabilities of HSE management. While praising the management teams and corporate governance of the Dublin Academic Teaching Hospitals (DATHs) and voluntary hospital sector, he expressed concern at the capabilities of HSE management, saying: “We know ourselves the capabilities in our management cohort sometimes isn’t there.”
